July 4th - Freedom, Family, Fireworks, and Fun!

Been a busy time around here this summer.  Never a dull moment between work, the new place, and taking the drummer boy rodeoin'.  As far as the new place, we continue working on the fence and developing the land.  I got to mow my soon to be backyard!  It looks great, I must say.  But the most fun we've had lately, is the time we took to celebrate our independence and this wonderful country we live in.  In true American fashion our family camped out at the 80.  We know how to work hard and play hard too.  Such a fun time!

The view of our family RV camp.  Two campers, a horse trailer, and tents.
Our first time to sleep at the new place.  Good times!

The billboard tarp slide!

Our makeshift dock for the weekend.  A barn door and some tires, worked great!

Our nephew got the catch of the weekend!
Yes, that's a life-jacket on upside down.  It works!
Now we need to invest in some fishing tubes.

Our pyromaniacs preparing for the evening festivities

Some of our beautiful nieces and my sister-in-law, waiting for the fireworks.

Happy 4th of July!

 Now back to work!
